On October 31 as part of the activities of the assembly of the Delegation, the meeting with the local superiors and responsible sisters happened. In a very natural atmosphere of sharing and accompanied by the general councilor sr. Maria Josefa Carmona the government of Delegation conducted a meeting which objectives were two. To continue deepening in the reality of the Formation in the delegation, especially in its challenges looking at the present and future and in Leadership “towards an emerging world”. The dialogue among sisters was rich and spontaneous,  beginning in the morning with the topic of leadership taking as a point of reference the online course about leadership organized by the Union of Superior generals,  basic concepts about leadership, emerging world, systems, frontiers, interconnections, listening, holding space… in the afternoon the dialogue was directed to reflect about the formation in the different stages, and sharing the work that the Government of the delegation did with the General government about it.  Share its conclusions, see the reality of the Delegation in order to continue in the beautiful challenge of accompany and helping the young girls that continue knocking at our door. In behalf of the Government of the delegation we give thanks to the sisters for being there and spend time and sharing life and charism during these days of assembly. We continue entrusting the life of the delegation to our God who accompanies the life in each community and especially giving us its light and grace to respond being his instruments of mercy and consolation in these challenging times. Thank you for your prayers!
IV Assembly of Delegation of Asia
IV Assembly of Delegation of Asia
IV Assembly of Delegation of Asia
From October 23 to 24 the Sisters of the Delegation of Asia gathered to have their IV Assembly online.  It was held the first time this way because of the current situation of Covid-19 in which we are facing different realities in each country and we couldn’t go out to do the assembly as before. Sr. Maria Josefa, General Counselor accompanied us during the two days. Sr. Pepita Serrano, a sister who belongs to the Congregation of the Sisters of the Guardian Angel helped us with the translation from English to Spanish. We started on October 23 and the sisters from the Government of the Delegation warmly welcomed us. In the first part, the teams of the Delegation Government, Youth Ministry, Communication and Government itself reported about the group members, main work, concerns, and the challenges and difficulties in their respective tasks. As well as, each community shared how they have been carrying out their mission with different apostolic tasks, formation process at different levels, and the challenges and difficulties received in the document New Wineskins to Console: II Phase N.O. of the Delegation of Asia since the previous triennium. After the fruitful sharing, we concluded the first day of our assembly with the Evening prayer prepared by the sisters from the community of Quezon City. The following day, we started with the Morning prayer prepared by the sisters from the Seongbukdong community and we had a “Conversion among Sisters” by reflecting together the document The poor and the earth cry out for Consolation, connecting our presence in different places and what is the invitation for all of us in this time of global crisis that arises in each country. In the afternoon, Sister Marta Garcia from Madrid helped us to reflect and enter more deeply into the understanding of the Social Dimension of the Charism through the testimony of our Mother foundress who lived among the poor and the sick and she explained to us the foundations of the document The poor and the earth cry out for Consolation that accompanied us during these past years. In the evening, we had the online Holy Eucharist Celebration to close the assembly prepared by some communities. All the members participated. After the Holy Mass, sisters in the different countries greeted each other and had a joyful celebration singing and dancing in their languages. We give thanks to our Lord for allowing us to share and guiding us to see the strength of Fraternity among us and showing us his way of walking together in the journey of spreading the seeds of Charism in our mission. Special thanks to the sisters of the Delegation Government for all their wonderful efforts and for all sisters who participated joyfully in our IV Assembly.  Thanks to All.

On the day 15 of October 2021, we thank God because we have a triple reason for these celebrations. The first reason is that sister María Josefa Carmona arrived in Ende and she will stay with our community until January. The second reason is because we celebrate the Feast day of sister María Teresa Collado and the third is this week we celebate the anniversary of the second year of the Sisters of Our Lady of Consolation in Ende. We are grateful to God and we know that Our Lady of Consolation protects us and Saint Maria Rosa Molas is with us. Today is a great day for all of us and we feel God’s blessing with us in a special way.

15 TH ANNIVERSARY IN THE PHILIPPINES
On Sunday, September 19, we celebrated in the Manila community the 15th anniversary of the arrival of Consolation in the Philippines. The sisters arrived in Manila, capital of the archipelago on September 15, 2006 at 11:30 pm. In the midst of the pandemic that prevented us from celebrating the feast with the children and families of the Makopa project, friends and benefactors, as well as with the COM youth, the Association of Religious of the Philippines AMRSP offered to broadcast the Eucharist live from our chapel. We received this invitation as a gift and we thank the association of religious for the opportunity to make our charism known a little bit more on this special day for us. First of all, Sister Maria Teresa Rosillo said a few words of welcome as the oldest and founding member of this community. Priest Peter Kyi Maung, from the Diocese of Mandalay, Myanmar celebrated the Eucharist inviting us to place before the Lord all the fruits of our service to the poorest and encouraged us to continue walking on the path of righteousness with this thought in mind: "you have come to console, not to be consoled". We are grateful for the following of the Eucharist via YouTube and Facebook. We received messages from the sisters of the Delegation of course, from sisters from other parts of the Congregation and from friends and relatives who even without understanding everything because of the difficulty of the language expressed their joy and encouraged us to continue sowing consolation.

Silver Jubilee of Sister Kim Hyangra Cristina
On September 4, on the Feast day of Our Lady of Consolation, we, sisters of 2 communities in Korea, gathered to celebrate the Feast and at the same time to thank the 25 years of consecrated life, Silver Jubilee of Sister Kim Hyangra Cristina. The Eucharist was presided by Father Kim, a Jesuit. At the end of the mass, Cristina Kim shared her emotions: “When we offered the Novena before the feast, the prayers reached my heart more than ever, and meditating on the life of Mary was an opportunity to look back at my life from all that I have experienced. I felt sorry and consoled. It was not my strength that could reach this moment, but the mercy of the Lord and the grace of Love. In the content of one day of the novena, meditating in the silence of Mary under the cross of Jesus, I also saw the challenges of this time of Pandemic, the reality and the future of the Church and the Congregation, the anxieties and fears that arise felt like a burden on my shoulders. But I also have hope in the Lord that the day will come when I will confess that all these things have happened and that one day it was the Providence of the Lord who brought everything to good. I want to live the rest of my time more diligently so that Christ can grow and live freely in me. I pray that the Lord will guide and fulfill our lives with the intercession of Our Lady of Consolation and our Mother Foundress, our model and guide. Amen."
