(EN)         May 28. We begin our newsletter with immense gratitude to God for everything we have experienced throughout this day. Today was a special day, it was decided to vote for the delegate and substitutes to the General Chapter. Providentially, the solemnity of Pentecost accompanied us in our discernments asking for the light of the Spirit and receiving His gifts. We dedicated the first half of the morning to a contemplative prayer with the Blessed Sacrament in silence before voting.         The afternoon was decided for expansion and a walk to a park called 'Picnic Grove' near the spirituality center where we are gathered. We were a little afraid of the rain and the wind since a typhoon is happening in the Philippines, but thank God we have received the gift of a warm and precious day that made us enjoy the gifts of nature and share fraternity.         We share with you the fruit of our discernment: Delegate to the General Chapter: Filomena, Park Hyekoung Substitutes: 1. Anna, Kim Eunyeong                   2. Clara, Shin Bokrye Thank you sisters for your prayers.

Opening of the Chapter of the Delegation of Asia
After the fraternal moment with the community of Quezon city and being the whole group of Delegates for the Chapter complete we officially opened the chapter on may 22. We read the regulations, and listened to the opening words of Sr. Josefa: "The Spirit is the protagonist, may his strength accompany us, in communion... For me, it is a joy to return to the Delegation and find myself at home. And find a Delegation so grown, not only in number but in human quality and a religious sense. The Spirit gives us that wisdom that goes beyond science, to work generously with true freedom and humble creativity. That is why I ask you to speak clearly and listen with humility."      Thank you, sisters, for your prayers and greetings that are reaching us these days, united in prayer to each one of you.         On May 23, we will have the Holy Spirit Mass. PROYEKTO MAKOPA GRADUATION DAY
PROYEKTO MAKOPA GRADUATION DAY
PROYEKTO MAKOPA GRADUATION DAY
On the solemnity of St. Joseph, the sisters, teachers, and parents celebrated the Recognition Day for 31 students in Proyekto Makopa. We were able to restart the face-to-face classes after two years of the pandemic, it was a great blessing from the Lord. To reach this day, we have experienced and overcome numerous challenges and blessings at the same time.            The school year 2022- 2023 started on July 2022 when the government in the Philippines still favoured online and presential classes at the same time. Despite the situation, the Proyekto Makopa maintained 100% of the class in person, for the reason that our students come from urban areas, it’s not convivence for them to acquire a gadget for the online class due to financial conditions, and their parents need to go to work for daily living.           After nine months of study in Proyekto Makopa, all the children have made a massive change in their knowledge and behaviours, which their parents are happy with and grateful for. We too, give thanks to the Lord for sending us help from different people, especially the NGO- Delwende, so the Proyekto Makopa was able to continue the mission of education to underprivileged children.
